Areas of practice

Our firm is divided into a finnish and a german branch. The Finnish lawyers mainly operate in the following areas: Civil law, Commercial law, Contract law, Insolvency law, Labour law and Traffic law. Concerning German law the main focus lies on Civil law, Civil litigation, Trade and Commercial law. The office thus offers founded legal counsel for German clients concerning Finnish law. We support our clients both in business and private matters. On the contrary we provide legal advice for Finnish clients at their business on German markets or their interests concerning business with German partners. In addition to that we also assist in affairs with relation to Russian and Estonian business. At this we work together with cooperation partners in these countries.
